Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using KeygenGo ("Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("TOS") as well as Apple's Standard End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). If there is any conflict between this TOS and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA shall prevail.

2.1 License Nature

  • The Software is licensed, not sold, to you. All rights not expressly granted remain with 5KM Tech, LLC ('Licensor')
  • This license is non-transferable and limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules

2.2 Usage Restrictions

  • You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or sublicense the Software, except where prohibited by law
  • You may not use the Software for illegal purposes
  • You may not make the Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously, unless Apple's Usage Rules allow it

3.1 Plan Types

  • Monthly Plan: $1.99/month (3-day trial)
  • Annual Plan: $19.99/year (7-day trial)
  • Lifetime Plan: One-time purchase, no recurring fees

3.2 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle
  • Charges for renewal occur within 24 hours before the current period ends
  • If you purchase a Lifetime Plan, ensure you manually cancel any existing subscription to avoid further renewal charges
  • All transactions are processed by Apple through the Mac App Store and follow Apple's refund policies
  • To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
  • 5KM Tech, LLC cannot process refunds directly
  • A trial period is provided to evaluate KeygenGo before purchase
  • We provide regular updates to improve functionality and security

  • Typical response time is 12–48 hours
  • We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these TOS or the Apple EULA
  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and remove all copies from your devices

8.1 "AS IS" Software

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEYGENGO IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE,' WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY
  • NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION FROM 5KM Tech, LLC CREATES A WARRANTY

8.2 Limitation of Liability

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES
  • SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU
  • You may not use, export, or re-export the Software except as authorized by U.S. law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Software was obtained
  • By using KeygenGo, you represent that you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country or on any U.S. restricted list
  • These Terms do not limit your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection laws
  • You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days unless you have already started using full licensed features
  • Any dispute will be governed by the laws of your country of residence and resolved by its courts

Except where otherwise mandated by local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], excluding conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction] for any dispute, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
